Overview

Any firearm must be shipped to an FFL dealer in the state in which you live, and provided it is legal for you to acquire and possess the firearm in the state, county and city where you reside. Please consult applicable laws and regulations to determine if you can legally acquire a long gun outside the state where you reside.

Only the person whose name appears on the order will be allowed to take possession of the firearm and transfer will take place only after all applicable legal requirements (e.g. background check) are completed. It is your responsibility to verify local, state and federal laws before attempting to purchase a firearm.

Placing Your Firearm Order

  • Once you have selected the item you want, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address along with selecting an FFL dealer based on the zip code you enter.

We recommend that you review the FFL dealer you have chosen by reviewing the map at checkout and any posted reviews for that dealer. You can see any posted reviews by clicking on the FFL dealer locator icon on the map.

  • Once you have selected the FFL dealer and provided your shipping address, all that is left is to provide your credit card information to finalize your order.

Shipping & Returns

  • You will receive an order confirmation when your order has been submitted.
  • We will send your shipping tracking information when your order has been processed and the order has been shipped.
  • Applicable taxes will be added to your order during checkout.
  • Applicable FFL transfer and background check fees will be assessed when you pick up your order.
  • Firearms cannot be returned, and all sales are final. However, if there is a manufacturer defect, the product should be sent back to the manufacturer for evaluation.
  • Orders for firearms must be placed by the actual recipient of the firearm(s). You may not order firearms for another person.
  • The FFL dealer you selected during checkout will transfer firearms to purchasers only after complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations governing firearm transfers.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your possession of a firearm is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Real Grit, Inc. (and applicable wholesale and retail partners) take no responsibility for your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Purchasers of handguns, receiver / frames, and pistol grip firearms must be at least 21 years of age. Generally, purchasers of long guns (rifles and shotguns) must be at least 18 years of age. However, some states have additional age requirements for certain long gun purchases that may require the buyer to be 21 years of age, or older. Examples of those states include, but may not be limited to: Florida, Washington, and Vermont.
  • Firearms are sold as equipped. We do not modify the manufacturer's configuration.

FFL Pickup Requirements & Preparation

  • Please have a copy of the email confirming that the order is ready to pick up. This email will include your order number, name, and FFL pickup location.
  • Please ensure that you have a valid, government-issued photo ID when picking up your firearm. Firearms can be picked up at the FFL dealer you selected.
  • When picking up your firearm we ask that you provide your current, physical address on ATF Form 4473, the Firearms Transaction Record. Please note that if the address on your ID does not match your residential address you will be required to provide a second form of government-issued document for verification. (i.e. vehicle registration, vehicle title, hunting license, or voter ID card).
  • If your state or locale has any specific licensing or permit requirements, ensure that you possess these prior to picking up your firearm. Please contact local authorities if you have any questions regarding federal, state or local laws related to purchasing firearms.
